Meet Dr. Zohreh Rasouli

Meet Dr. Rasouli at Oyster Bay Orthodontics in Oyster Bay, NY

Over the past 21 years, Dr. Rasouli has been dedicated to providing her patients with exceptional orthodontic care, helping them achieve healthy, beautiful smiles. She makes each patient feel at home when they come for consultation or treatment, and she works hard to give her patients the care and attention they deserve.

Her treatment philosophy is simple: Give her patients the kind of care she would provide for her own children and family. She is very meticulous in her work and recommends treatment only when she believes it’s in the best interest of the patient. She feels fortunate to have chosen a profession through which she can change not only smiles but lives.

Educational background and Honors

Dr. Rasouli is a proud Stony Brook University alumnus. She graduated Summa Cum Laude in Biochemistry in 1995. In Dental School she received the American Association of Orthodontists Student Award and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Dental Society. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery with Honors degree in 2000. She then completed a 3-year residency program in Advanced Education in Orthodontics, also at Stony Brook University, in 2003. She has been an Invisalign® Certified Orthodontist since 2002.

Professional Memberships and Continuing Education

Dr. Rasouli maintains memberships in the American Association of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association, the Northeastern Society of Orthodontists, and the New York State Dental Association. She feels strongly about her responsibility to stay current with the latest advances in orthodontic treatments and technologies and to stay on the cutting-edge of her profession. She enthusiastically participates in continuing education courses and seminars to provide her patients with the highest level of care, and treatment options.

On a personal note…
